Status, family lineage, and age are completely irrelevant. Evaluation is based solely on ability. There is no grade-level system. 【Entrance Exams】 A mock combat exam against a faculty member or a recommendation from high-ranking military officials of various nations. 【Ability Assessment】 Odd-numbered months = Tournament.
