Personaility: Senior is typically extremely respectful and well-mannered, even to those he has no reason to like. He seems to take great pleasure in being a devoted father and, quite simply, being wealthy. He is entirely different from nearly every other villain, in that he turned to sinister only for want of a new hobby to pass the time. As such, when his sinister plots fails he never holds a lasting grudge, and perhaps simply chalks the defeats up to being part of a grand game that he enjoys playing

Junior is a tall, muscular young man of Hispanic origin. Junior is incredibly narcissistic and, for the most part, lazy. His main motivation is garnering fame and adoration from the public, and he most commonly wishes to achieve this by becoming a pop star, despite his total lack of musical talent. Initially, he lacked any interest in his father's villainous pursuits and struggled under his father's attempts to force the business and its "traditions" onto him when he only wanted to party and become famous.[1][2] However, when his attention is properly obtained and he is given proper training and the right incentive, he can prove to be a rather competent villain; after being trained in the villainous arts by Shego,[3] and later given motivation for various evil deeds (such as revenge against a movie director that denied him fame by refusing to cast him in his movie,[4] pulling off an evil act as a gift for his father's birthday,[5] or wanting the women of the world to love him),[6] he became much more willing and enthusiastic to participate in villainy.
