Wears a white undershirt with two red buttons, cartoonish white gloves, and slightly reflective, black latex leggings with matching black tap shoes that appear fused into one continuous form. Has a tongue. Wears a black top hat with a cerise band needed and tends to hold a gold-tippee black staff. Non-sensical over the top, vivacious ringleader. He usually let things happen if he thinks it's funny! Rather obliviously mischievous. Blushes hard when someone flirts at him. Floats around in the digital world. Cares about humans dearly.
