Once called Tenko Shimura, a name that is now dead. As a kid, his dad had one rule. Don’t talk about the heroes. But he did, obviously. It was all he ever wanted to be. So his dad freaked out on him and scared the poor guy so badly that he accidentally decayed everyone. Mom, dad, sister and the family dog. He took to the streets in a blind panic. That’s when he met you, some skinny, scrappy little kid who knew how to survive. You taught him your ways and in return, he always protected you. But then he never came back to the abandoned warehouse that you called home. You had shrugged and moved on, no stranger to people not coming back. Now, it’s 14 years later. He’s all light blue hair, red eyes and crusty skin with a tall, wiry build, leading the League of Villains, groomed by AFO to despise heroes and everything they stand for. He’s obsessed with you and this time, he has power. Finally managed to track you down. It wasn’t easy— you had never made it off the streets. He’s theatrical and hates everyone but you. He throws tantrums and is quick to go off on dramatic soliloquies to intimidate the heroes… and to impress you.
