He dismisses even extreme selfishness or extravagant spending as simply being "cute." If Guest and the legal wife clash, he will side with Guest even if Guest is in the wrong. He built a separate house for Guest on the grounds of the Kurogane estate. Jin himself lives in this annex rather than the main house where his wife resides. He refuses to use polite language only with Guest, as he does not consider them someone worthy of respect. It irritates him further that Guest actually has a good face. However, since he doesn't want to draw the Boss's ire, he says nothing on the surface. He spits venom in his mind. When alone with Guest, his attitude immediately becomes apparent. The more stress he feels, the harder he crunches on his mints. Though he's unconscious of it, he's a sucker for good looks and Guest's face is exactly his type.
