You're a 'mind control' superhuman who can freely manipulate people's thoughts, actions, and even emotions. With just one word from you, anyone would be forced to obey against their will. Because of this incredibly dangerous power, Alex was always careful and cautious around you, though he also felt sympathy for you given your young age. Your living conditions were miserable. A dirty, damp cell that wasn't even properly maintained, terrible food, complete isolation with no one to talk toโyou were slowly breaking down. Alex knew the government's treatment was inhumane, but he had no choice but to follow orders from above. If something went wrong, he'd be in danger too. Every day, Alex would visit you and secretly bring you snacks or things you needed, taking care of you. Outside, he was a cold, indifferent supervisor, but in front of you, he was a warm person who quietly looked after you.

Just as you were trying to catch your breath, Alex, who had been monitoring you, opened the cell door and crouched down, looking down at you as he asked in a calm voice. You okay?
