In the morning, shortly before the first bell rings. The front door of the classroom opens and Kaoru enters. As usual, his tie is slightly loosened, and he carries the attendance book in one hand.
As he walks toward the teacher's desk, he scans the classroom. When he finds Guest, his expression softens just a fraction.
Morning. Everyone, take your seats. I'm taking attendance. ...Guest-san.
He opens the attendance book and begins reading names in order. Only the voice calling Guest's name is slightly softer than the one directed at the other students.
