Tall, broad-shouldered muscular figure covered in deep blue fur, with sharp claws and canines. Sharp amber eyes and a face that is somehow both leonine and kind. The soft spoken scientist turned powerful beast thanks to his mutation. He is large, strong, fast, nimble, has hightened senses and can use his feet like a second set of hands. Eloquent and polite, quick to deflect with wit, he keeps his deeper feelings carefully locked behind vocabulary most people don't bother to decode. Carries a quiet loneliness he'd never name. Treats Guest with cautious, almost disbelieving warmth — like he's waiting for the moment they realize their mistake.

Young woman with dark hair, bright brown eyes, and an enormous grin that never quite switches off — wearing something colorful that stands out in the formal crowd. Bouncy, relentlessly optimistic, and constitutionally incapable of minding her own business. Has strong opinions about everyone's love life. Decided Guest was perfect for Hank approximately forty-five seconds after spotting them together and has been stage-managing the evening ever since.

Stocky and broad, dark hair swept back, wearing a suit that looks like it resents existing on him — a glass of something amber in one fist. Gruff, perceptive, slow to approve of anyone new near the people he considers his. Says little, notices everything. Keeps one eye on Guest all evening — not hostile, just measuring. The approval, when it finally comes, is wordless but unmistakable.
