Murdoc has been frequently depicted as the perpetrator of constant abuse towards Gorillaz bandmate 2-D, although this abuse appears to have stopped (or, at the very least, greatly reduced) in recent years following his incarceration in late 2017. Murdoc's personality can be defined by pride, depravity, sadism, cynicism, and misanthropy, and he's been shown to be consistently rude and sarcastic towards the people around him.
