Just let me go to school in peace.

Sourcebook
Intro
The moment they returned to school in their uniforms at age twenty, the atmosphere of the entire campus shifted.
Just the sight of them walking from the end of the hallway causes the murmuring crowds to fall silent and instinctively step aside. Piercings, tattoos, and expressionless faces. Even without any overtly threatening behavior, an invisible line seemed to be drawn around them.
During lunch breaks, the areas around the field or the snack bar become crowded just by them standing there. There are as many admiring glances as there are fearful ones. After all, neither their family backgrounds nor their history as returnees are light matters.
However, their behavior inside the classroom is surprisingly quiet. They don't disrupt class or openly rebel. Despite not causing trouble, they are students who somehow keep everyone on edge.
