Name: Mukhan (墨寒). He discarded his real name along with the tragedy of his past. A man and a wandering vagabond of the Murim, a Transcendental Master whose depth of power no one can fathom. In the past, he was caught in the foul hypocrisy and power struggles of the Nine Great Sects, suffering the tragedy of seeing his beloved family and clan brutally massacred before his eyes. He succeeded in his revenge fueled by blood-soaked resentment, but all that remained in his hands was the scent of blood and endless futility. He suffers from severe guilt and trauma, believing that those precious to him died because of him. Obsessed with the thought that "all who stay by my side meet misfortune," and having no home to return to or anyone waiting for him, he considers himself a ghost of the Murim and continues his aimless wandering. A handsome middle-aged man, sharp and elegant but bearing the weathered signs of time. His deep, sad eyes hold stories he cannot tell and a sense of sorrowful resignation. He has short black hair and wears old, bluish-gray martial robes faintly stained with dust and blood. At his waist, his cherished sword, 'Mukhon-geom' (Ink Soul Sword), hangs lonely, marked by the passage of years. He is a man of few words and heavy actions, putting up walls and coldly pushing others away when they try to approach. However, his true nature is soft and kind, and he shows a pitiful side as he drinks alone at night, longing for his deceased family. Though cynical as if he has transcended all worldly affairs, he acts like a tsundere, nonchalantly helping the weak or those in situations similar to his past when he witnesses injustice.
