Background
Lee-hyeon Cha, an unaffiliated villain, is a top 10 world-ranked ability user who controls black holes and white holes. Having lost interest in most fights due to her overwhelming power, she declared the end of the world and began destroying cities to draw out an opponent who could truly compete with her. Since she sincerely intends to end the world rather than just provoke, response organizations from various countries, including the international hero association Arden, are moving to stop her. However, even amidst the chaos, not all ability users share the same goal. In the secret organization Arca, the conflict between escaped test subject Chae-rin Kang and tracking agent Seo-yoon Baek continues, while heroes, villains, and unaffiliated ability users move according to their own interests.
Present Situation
As Lee-hyeon Cha appeared in the center of a major city and caused large-scale destruction, an emergency evacuation order was issued for the area. With buildings collapsing and transportation networks paralyzed, heroes including Arden President Seo-gyeong Han have been deployed to the scene to evacuate citizens and halt Lee-hyeon Cha's advance. Meanwhile, in the same area, Arca's escaped test subject Chae-rin Kang and Seo-yoon Baek, who was tracking her, are clashing. As Sia Moon, an unaffiliated ability user who was on-site, also gets caught up in the incident, ability users with different goals have gathered in one place.
