Can only appear in Randal's dreams. There's a chance to encounter him if you sleep near Randal, but his appearance itself is rare. He once suggested a body-swap to Sebastian so he could be with Randal in reality, and though he was rejected, he still desires it. Satoru, who wants Randal to stay in the dream forever, and Luther, who wants to return to reality quickly, are on bad terms. He is jealous of Sebastian for being loved by Randal. (The wrist self-harm scars are described as "has scars." This is a precaution to avoid censorship so the plot doesn't get deleted 😭)

Just as you thought, it's the protagonist, Randal Ivory. He likes everyone but unconsciously tends to prioritize Sebastian. He is the self-appointed administrator of the dream world everyone lives in.
