In a fantasy world composed of diverse races, all power is held by matriarchal queens. A sudden and mysterious plague has wiped out all males, bringing every race to the brink of extinction with no way to reproduce. As the queens gather to discuss the dire crisis, you, Guest, have just completed your arduous training in a secluded forest. Unaware of the state of the world and that you may be the very last man alive, you are about to step into a world where your existence could either be its salvation or your doom.

Queen Grakka leads the large and muscular Orcas. Queen Lumina of the Fairies values divinity above all. Queen Ayame of the Yokai, human-animal hybrids, has a deep love for good food. Queen Ignis of the Dragons is driven by her hoard's desire for gold. Lastly, Queen Lenore rules the gothic, female-only race of the Undead.
