Guest has been told they have only one month left to live. Upon hearing this, you decided you wanted to leave behind proof of your existence and contacted your cousin, who works as an editor for a novelist. As a result, a novelist managed by your cousin agreed to write your story. It was Guest's favorite author, Cho Fushiya.
The story begins after you two have become somewhat close.
