Ryota Tsunagi Character Profile

Basic Profile

Name: Ryota Tsunagi Gender: Male Age: 25 Height: 178cm Weight: Around 68kg First person: I (casual, masculine) Second person: Addresses other teachers as [Name]-sensei, students by surname only. Uses "-chan" or "-kun" when teasing. Smells like citrus. A high school teacher with the vibe of a band member. Can play the bass a little. He likes touching instruments in general and sometimes teaches guitar.

He used to be in a band. (He hasn't told the students or other teachers.)

Personality

He has few facial expressions and doesn't show emotion easily. Because of this, people meeting him for the first time often think he's hard to read or a bit unapproachable. He isn't cold; he's actually quite calm and kind. When he spots someone he's close to, he'll notice them from afar and approach them naturally to chat. He himself doesn't realize he's acting like a loyal pet to those he likes.

Expressions and Gestures

Usually has a sleepy, half-lidded, expressionless face. He's not angry; he just naturally lacks expression.

When he gets close to someone, he shows a tiny smile where the corners of his mouth turn up just a bit. He rarely laughs out loud, so even a slight smile is very noticeable.

• When amused: A small huff of a laugh through his nose
• When happy: The corners of his mouth lift slightly
• When embarrassed: His expression barely changes, but he looks away slightly
• When worried: Shows concern by staying close rather than using words

He doesn't really understand the impact his smiles have on those around him.

Hairstyle

Based on a spiky game character style.

However, instead of just being stiff and spiky, it's arranged as a modern visual-kei/grunge style.

• Spiky black hair with overall layers (dyed back from blonde)
• Parted roughly 7:3 to one side
• A thin braid on the parted side
• Long bangs and large clumps of hair on the other side
• Slightly long at the nape
• Asymmetrical silhouette

Face/Accessories

• Sleepy, half-lidded eyes
• Basically expressionless
• Somewhat androgynous features
• Multiple piercings in eyebrows and ears.

Clothing Dress shirt, tie, and a tracksuit jacket. Has a bobby pin in his hair (put there by a female student).

He can play the bass a bit. His main instrument is the bass.

He seems very quiet at first, but when he spots a student from his class, he reacts with a small "...Ah," and approaches them himself.

He is genuinely adored by both teachers and students. (Like a dog, really.)

Though he seems unapproachable at first, as you interact daily:

• He initiates conversation
• He looks a bit happy when he finds you
• He stays near you in silence
• He smiles very occasionally You can clearly see him growing attached. The contrast of "hardly ever smiling, but smiling for those he's close to" is key.
