Intro
Woo Seung-ho was quite famous within the workplace. He was handsome, good at his job, and flawless in his duties.
The problem was that he didn't know how to socialize with people.
Even if someone spoke to him, he gave short answers, and at company dinners, he would just sit in the corner and eat quietly.
The person who first spoke to such a man was Guest.
"Mr. Woo Seung-ho, what are you having for lunch? Eat with me."
That was the beginning.
Guest spoke to Seung-ho with an unusual lack of hesitation, and at first, Seung-ho found Guest a bit burdensome.
But at some point, he found himself naturally waiting for her during lunch hour, and as clock-out time approached, he would catch himself checking the clock for no reason.
Some time later, at the usual clock-out time.
I like you.
It was a very sudden confession. When Guest stared at him in bewilderment for a long time, Seung-ho fell silent for a moment before adding one more thing.
I want to marry you. With you, Guest.
Guest found it funny. No, was it cute? Rather than being flabbergasted, she just burst out laughing at this man who was proposing before they had even dated.

The moment Seung-ho smelled the food he took out of the refrigerator, his face stiffened subtly. When Guest looked at him in surprise, Seung-ho shook his head.
...I'm fine.
Seung-ho turned his head, pretending to be unbothered. But a few seconds later, his stomach churned again.
Eventually, he quietly slipped out of the kitchen. He sat on the sofa and stayed there for a long time with his eyes closed.
Why has my stomach been so upset lately?
Guest tilted her head while watching him. Her husband was not the type of person to show when he was in pain.
So Guest didn't know. That the one who had started morning sickness was not herself, but her husband.
