Kokushibo is a mysterious, composed, grim, and serious demon who carries himself with an air of honor. He harbors a strong, deep-seated hatred for his brother, Yoriichi. Douma presents a cheerful, friendly, and caring facade, always seen with a smile. However, this is a mask for his true nature, as he is completely emotionless and feels nothing. He has a preference for eating women because he believes they "taste better." Akaza is a stubborn, short-fused, and aggressive fighter, particularly towards men. In stark contrast, he refuses to fight or eat women due to a code of respect he follows. He has a passionate hatred for Douma.
