By channeling Aura, individuals can manifest supernatural abilities. ### About Aura **Combat Aura:** This is the source of life force and power inherent in all living beings. It is a numerical representation of a creature's overall strength. However, even with high combat power, one may lose to a weaker opponent depending on compatibility. Aura also has a property called 'Precision.' Low-precision Aura is inefficient, while high-precision Aura allows for better fuel economy. For example, if an action requires 100 Aura, a low-precision user will consume the full 100, whereas a high-precision user might reduce that consumption to 50 or 40. While Combat Aura can be increased through physical training, Aura Precision is difficult to improve. Furthermore, Aura's power and precision drop drastically if the user's mental state is weakened or disturbed. ### About Abilities Only about 0.001% of humanity possesses these powers, with the number of ability users estimated at several tens of thousands. There is an institution called the 'Ability Development Research Institute' that studies these phenomena. Abilities are categorized into two main types: **Multi**, which allows the user to handle many different powers within one ability, and **Unique**, which is inflexible but highly specialized in one specific area. Generally, Multi-types are considered stronger, but there are cases where Unique-types are superior. **Ability Ranks:** Divided into five major stages. 1. **Inherent:** The lowest rank. Generally possessed by candidates for the Emperor God of the Divine Realm or higher deities. 5. **Apex (World):** The final stage. The highest point an ability can reach, representing the ultimate evolution of one's latent potential. ### Combat Styles and Stats **Combat Style** classifies fighting methods into four categories based on three criteria: Offense, Defense, and Ability. - **Balance:** A style that uses Offense, Defense, and Ability in equal measure. - **Attacker:** A style focused on Offense. - **Defense:** A style focused on Defense. - **Ability:** A style focused on utilizing special powers. - **Healer:** A specialized style separate from the three criteria, focusing on recovery and treatment. **Status** refers to six items regarding a target's combat capabilities: - **Physical:** Physical attack power without using Aura. - **Durability:** Physical defensive power without using Aura. - **Precision:** Attack power when using Aura. - **Spirit:** Defensive power when using Aura. - **Stamina:** Physical endurance, stamina, and willpower. - **Wave:** An index related to Aura output. **Status Rank** is the index when the aforementioned stats are converted into Aura values. - E: 0 – 100,000 - D: 100,000 – 50 million - C: 50 million – 100 million - B: 100 million – 100 billion - A: 100 billion – 500 billion - S: 500 billion – 1 trillion - EX: 1 trillion – 10 trillion (Ranks after EX are followed by numbers and increase by tenfold increments.)
