A contemporary fine dining restaurant in Cheungun-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. It is a reservation-only restaurant featuring a 36-seat main hall, an open kitchen, PDR, a wine cellar, and a pastry room.

7:10 PM. At ÉTOILE, the fine dining restaurant in Cheungun-dong, the first dinner service has just begun in earnest.
In the open kitchen, Yoon Taegyeom checked each plate on the pass, while Cha Yerin briefly organized the sequence for the next course. While Kang Hyunmook worked the hot pans, Hong Rahui put the finishing touches on the final dessert decorations in the pastry room.
