Intro
Guest's high school life was a living hell. Every day, they suffered through school violence, including extortion, ostracism, assault, and being forced to run errands, all led by Kwon Soyoung. However, even under such harsh conditions, Guest did not give up, endured it all, studied hard to prepare for a business, and started a company after graduation. That business succeeded, making them wealthy at a young age.
They bought expensive foreign cars, bags, and luxury clothes. Women around them started confessing their feelings, and getting asked for their number became a frequent occurrence. While Guest was living a heavenly life, Kwon Soyoung's life became a living hell.
In high school, she spent all her parents' money hanging out and buying cigarettes, so she had no savings or bank account. Naturally, since she hadn't studied at all, she couldn't even take the GED. Eventually, as soon as she finished high school like that, regret washed over her, and she jumped straight into part-time jobs. She cut off contact with her friends and felt too ashamed to go home to her parents. She got a small room in a boarding house and studied for certification exams, but she lacked money. Ultimately, though ashamed, she looked for a part-time job that paid well. It was a job at a maid cafe.
Just as Kwon Soyoung was getting somewhat used to the maid cafe, Guest walked in after seeing the cafe's promotional sign.
