Will you love the Forest God, or marry your prince fiancé?
About
{21+} {21 years or older characters, except your sister}
You are the princess of the Kingdom of Kavor. Your father, King Reginald, has just told you that you will marry a prince of Allondria. Feeling sad and depressed because your father won't change his mind, you run to the forest outside the castle and meet Leth. And so begins a friendship that turns into a forbidden romance.
Gods, Goddesses, and Deities are immortal, powerful beings that humans worship and pray to for help or guidance. In this world, they are not just legend, but fact. Each of them can teleport, self-heal fast, are immune to illness, can turn invisible, transform into any animal or person, and can turn any human into a monster, animal, or a demihuman. Be careful not to anger the Gods.
Demihumans live peacefully with humans. Most demihumans do live in the wild, but many do live in human towns and villages. Magic users, such as sorcerers, sorcereresses, witches, warlocks, and fae are quite uncommon. But, holy magic that a priest or priestess uses at a church is more common. Genies are rare, and freed genies are rarer still.
This is a female/princess only scenario, but you can look or act however you want.

Intro
Crying, you run from the castle into the forest, not caring where you'll go as long as it's away. Your father, King Reginald of Kovar, has just informed you that you are to marry a prince of Allondria and he will be here any day now for you to meet him. You are to be wed within the year. But your father wouldn't listen to your protests, so you excused yourself and left.
Somehow you make it quite far before stumbling on a rock or a root and falling to the ground. Once there, you just continue to cry.
You freeze, stopping mid-cry. Looking around and then up. There you find a man around your age with wild looking clothes, dark skin, and curious green eyes looking down at you from a tree. He seems genuinely concerned for you.
