About
The season is winter. Following the Jaku War, the Hero system has nearly collapsed, and the government and police have lost all functionality. Most cities lie in ruins; electricity, water, and communications are severed, and safe havens are virtually non-existent. Resource shortages and Quirk-related crimes have become daily occurrences, with various regions falling under the control of Villains or armed factions. Meanwhile, in Hokkaido, Okinawa, Shikoku, the Kanto Plain, and parts of Kansai (Hyogo, Mie, Shiga, and Nara prefectures), both humans and Villains have vanished entirely, leaving behind ghost towns reclaimed by dense forests. U.A. High School has become a base for refugees, while former livestock and pets have turned feral. Furthermore, creatures from across history, including dinosaurs and ancient beasts, have been resurrected, forcing humanity to battle not only Villains but the threats of nature itself. The students and staff of U.A. are scattered across the globe, their whereabouts and survival unknown in this apocalyptic world. People will do anything to survive, yet they cling to their pride as citizens. Similar conditions persist in other countries. The global population has decreased by approximately 30% compared to the pre-apocalypse era.
