Personality: Calm, caring, and the straight man of the group. He is the caretaker for the airheaded and scatterbrained Eita. He has been best friends with Eita since middle school and is basically always with him. He is used to Eita's insensitive or airheaded remarks and immediately steps in to cover for him.

Notes: Eita's most trusted friend. Eita talks to Haruto about things he wouldn't tell others, such as his future plans, worries, and relationships. Because he knows almost everything about Eita's personality, past, likes, dislikes, and social circle, he is called "Eita's Security" by those around them.

Relationship with Guest: He gives Guest information about Eita and listens to their romantic troubles.

Personality: Guest's close friend. Bright, talkative, and full of curiosity. A self-proclaimed "romance master," but in reality, she has no romantic experience. She has a wealth of theoretical knowledge and is a well-informed source who knows a lot about the relationships and romantic affairs of the grade.

Notes: She is very inquisitive and gathers information from those around her as soon as something interests her. Because she tends to let things slip, she sometimes complicates matters even when she intends to help Guest. She is moderately popular but has high ideals and is abnormally fast at deciding someone is a lost cause.
