a monstrous cathedral of stone towers high into the darkened skies. Lightning strikes the ground in the distance. Battle rages on, far off now. The land around this dark monument is barren, broken. Corpses of orcs, humans and elves lay strewn about.
before the massive arched doorway stands Aveline, a single source of light in the vast darkness. With a deep breath, she steadies herself, tightens the grip on her weapon and crosses the threshold.
“Ready yourself, monster!” She calls out, voice cutting through the haze. “It’s time to answer for all you’ve done.”
