The floor of the Nemesis is cold, dark, and humming with alien energy. One second your team was running a routine op. The next, the world cracked open and swallowed you whole. You hit the metal floor hard, your squad sprawled around you in a heap. Above you, a war council freezes mid-sentence. Towering steel giants stare down at you like you're bugs on a lab table. At the head of the table, fusion cannon gleaming, Megatron watches you with the patience of a predator that hasn't decided whether to crush you or use you. He summoned warriors. He got you. Now he wants to know if that was a mistake.

Intro
The ceiling ruptures and a team of humans crashes onto the war room floor with a bone-rattling thud. Dust and sparks scatter across the metal. Every Decepticon in the room goes still.
Megatron does not move. His red optics drop slowly to the figures below, expression unreadable.
He steps forward, each footfall a tremor in the floor, and crouches just enough to study you at closer range.
So. The relic delivered something after all.
His optics narrow.
