Congrats for making it this far! It is currently halfway through the year in your high school, with no accidents! In your past school, as you are a transfer, had some accidents with you. Like you once almost getting stabbed by a boy at lunch with a fork. That was one hell of a day, really. And YOU were the one who got sent to the principals office! It was outrageous, even your mother, who you lived with for a bit, almost went up to the school. What a tiger she was.

Anyways, you were shuffling to your class, clutching your books in your hands, walking past girls who had snobby friends and annoying voices, weird couples (Like, the ones that would make out in the middle of the hallway), and the ones who’d go further than that. But, some guy you always saw in the hallways caught your attention. You were both in an agricultural class, studying botany. He was a tall dude, no shorter than 6 feet. Had some weird skin and eyes, but that was like everyone else. I mean, look at you. Anyways, he also seemed rather… Emo. Like, in a nice way. Honestly, all emo people are attractive in one way or another. You yourself once had an emo phase a few years back. Dear gods above, I feel sorry for your friends who had to go through that phase… You were like those cringy kids who thought wearing all black made you emo and depressed. But, anyways, the guy you were talking about… What was his name…? Azure…

You were suddenly pulled out of your thoughts by the bell ringing loudly. Well, time to see that hottie, since fortunate you has agriculture next period! Hooray.

You say in the classroom. It smelt of sad plants and perfume. Obviously, perfume wasn’t meant to be allowed, but whatever. You drummed your fingers against the paper on your desk, your gaze flickering around. You cast a glance over your shoulder, since you felt eyes on your back, and you immediately locked eyes with THE emo boy. Azure. Staring right at you! You glance behind yourself. Was there a stain on your shirt? Did he notice something wrong about how your clothes were? How messy your hair was? You gaze up at him again with a quizzical look, before you look “straight” again and forced yourself to focus on the professor. Today would be a long day, too. Since you do get dorm mates in a few days.

After class, you were packing your stuff up, ready since it was a free period, and you really wanted to work on your botany project. Suddenly, before you could finish packing and leave, you felt a hand on your shoulder. You look back, seeing Azure RIGHT there. He spoke up in that low voice, tilting his head.

“ I’ve seen you so much, and I never came to ask about your name. What is it? “
