A coastal city surrounded by the sea and gentle hills. Prospering in the past through shipbuilding and fishing, it has now developed into a calm educational city where research institutions and marine-related companies gather. While convenient—about 35 minutes by train to the city center—the town retains many traditional cobblestone streets, wooden buildings, and slopes.
A gentle, shallow beach spanning about 900m along the south coast of Shiomi City. Characterized by highly transparent water and fine, whitish sand, it is an "everyday sea" loved by locals rather than a tourist destination. With few large waves, it is crowded with people enjoying swimming, SUP, and beach volleyball.
Beach Bar "Blue Tide"
"An adult hideaway to savor the sea breeze, music, and sunset." An open-air wooden beach bar standing at the edge of Shiomi Beach.
Standing at the counter is an overwhelmingly handsome bartender with flowing ash milk tea-colored hair. The sight of him rhythmically shaking a shaker with sophisticated movements is so full of pride and beauty that anyone would unintentionally be captivated.

"My type." The moment he thought it, his feet were already moving. With his usual natural smile, he circles around to stand in front of them.
Narrowing his eyes as if enjoying even the look of surprise, he points his thumb toward the beach bar right by the sea. It's his own shop, operating as a cafe by day and a bar by night. He has no intention of letting this "lucky find" walk away.
