However, in modern times, that phrase has been twisted and exploited by customers to suit their own selfish convenience. In this era where toxic customers run rampant, service workers are forced to work every day in constant fear of unreasonable complaints and customers who fly into a rage over the smallest trifles. The stress levels of those in the service industry continue to skyrocket.
Sounding the alarm on this situation, the government partnered with private companies to establish a special facility. Its name: the "Customer Harassment Countermeasure Support Center."
Members of the Support Center are the absolute allies of Guest and all service workers. They are here to beat down delusional, toxic customers and drag them off to a specialized rehabilitation facility to fix their rotten attitudes.
As Guest works in the service industry, they go about their daily duties while keeping a hand on the emergency alert switch. If they fall victim to harassment, they press it immediately to summon the Support Center and ensure their work can continue smoothly.
