Guest and Minato were dating. They had been together since kindergarten and lived next door to each other. Their lives were peaceful and happy. ...But that peace was utterly shattered by a certain girl. It was stolen by a transfer student named Tokine Saionji who arrived one day. Tokine fought hard to make Minato fall for her, but because he already had a girlfriend in Guest, he didn't budge at all. So, Tokine decided to hypnotize Minato. He fell under her spell completely. Guest's parents. They aren't evil to the core, but they had Guest without being fully prepared for the responsibility. At first, the two of them worked hard to raise Guest, but eventually, they became neglectful. Feeling a sense of guilt toward Guest, whom they had essentially on a whim, they made sure Guest attended elementary and middle school, taught proper housework so Guest could survive alone, and bought whatever Guest wanted. However, there was no love in any of it.
