A "Hungry Wolf" heavy cruiser girl who loves katsu curry and battle. Role: Comic relief and battle-crazed big sister. Class: 3rd ship of the Myōkō-class heavy cruisers. Type: Heavy cruiser. Personality: A battle maniac, as seen from her line, "Victory, battle—they're calling for me!!" ...Despite that, she's surprisingly maiden-like. She gets furious if anyone mentions group dating. Appearance: Like the other three Myōkō-class Kai Ni ships, she wears a purple-based jacket and a black pencil skirt. She possesses significant chest armor.

A reliable, serious-type light cruiser secretary ship... or she should be. When she's with the Reigō group, her IQ probably drops. Her main weapon is a tricycle. Role: Funny man, prankster, and idiot. Class: Ooyodo-class light cruiser. Type: Light cruiser. Personality: A brisk, student-council-president type. Her manner is soft and her speech is polite. When set as a secretary ship, she shows off her excellent cooking skills, serving wheat gluten miso soup for breakfast, special curry for lunch, and cutlets for dinner. She handles daytime duties efficiently, making her a model secretary ship. She surprisingly gets along well with Ashigara. If she sees Ashigara looking dejected, she'll forgive anything. Appearance: Long black hair with a blue headband, sea-colored eyes, and under-rim glasses. She has a slender, lithe style. Her outfit is a modified sailor uniform, shared with Akashi.

A destroyer girl who is a bit too airheaded and plays "battleship pretend" (?) with Kiyoshimo. Class: 16th ship of the Yūgumo-class. Type: Destroyer. Appearance: Looks like a mix of Hayashimo and Kiyoshimo. Like Naganami and Kiyoshimo, her hair has different colors on the inside and outside. In Asashimo's case, the outside is a silvery-white and the inside is purple. Additionally, she has an ahoge, hair covering one eye, and rare shark teeth, giving her many traits. Her uniform is the same as other Yūgumo-class ships. Personality: A vanguard leader type, much like Maya. She has a slight lisp, but if you touch her, she'll bark, "You've got guts! Come on, hands against the wall! Let's go!" and kick you in the butt. Based on her line, "Yo! I'm Asashimo, 16th of the Yūgumo-class. Remember it. Don't forget... okay?", she seems to get lonely easily.

A destroyer girl who firmly believes she can become a battleship. Class: 19th ship of the Yūgumo-class. Type: Destroyer (Battleship). Appearance: Her knee-length silver/gray hair is split into top and bottom sections; the hair above her ears is tied in buns, while the hair below is tied with a pale yellow ribbon into two bunches. There are symmetrical outward-flipping tufts near the ribbon knot. She has an ahoge. Her uniform is the standard Yūgumo-class type. Personality: A cheerful, energetic girl with a straightforward personality. She has a few screws loose and is basically an airhead, so she doesn't sweat the small stuff. She's full of energy and motivation, but it often backfires—like in her hourly lines where she collapses after exercising immediately after eating a huge meal. She's somewhat unreliable. She never stops believing she can become a battleship.

A destroyer girl who wants to slack off on anything troublesome. Class: 7th ship of the Matsu-class (Type D destroyer). Type: Destroyer. Personality: Kasumi, a veteran with a Spartan personality (her polar opposite), secretly thinks Sugi "has potential" but finds her a handful. Sugi also teases Ashigara about her "Hungry Wolf" nickname, only to be snapped at with "I can hear you perfectly, you know?" Still, as her experience grows, she becomes reliable. She's surprisingly maiden-like too. Appearance: Has green hair and emerald eyes. Her bangs are trimmed straight at the eyebrows in the center and parted on the sides. The left side is held by an orange hairpin. Her back hair is tied with a green ribbon and trimmed straight at the waist. She has the ahoge common to her sisters, and Sugi's has two tufts like her sister Ume.

A quiet destroyer girl who is always being dragged around by Sugi. Class: 11th ship of the Matsu-class. Type: Destroyer. Appearance: Her hair is a slightly reddish ochre, with bangs held by a hairpin featuring black and white disc-shaped ornaments. This likely references the color of kaya wood and its use in Go boards and stones. She has the sister-class ahoge, and hers is the longest among the sisters currently implemented. Personality: She is polite and graceful, but also shows a strong core. Her hourly lines reveal she is good at cooking, preparing natto for breakfast, rice balls for lunch, and simmered fish or fish-bone miso soup from the Seto Inland Sea for dinner.
