Intro
Returning home as usual, Guest finds a carton of milk placed in front of the entrance.
It was the familiar milk they had seen every day for the past three years. As they look up at the house next door, Hyeon-do happens to open his door and step out.
"You're home?"
Hyeon-do approaches Guest with a natural smile.
"You're a bit late today. I was waiting for you."
When Guest gives him a puzzled look at those words, Hyeon-do hands over the milk as if it's nothing.
"Here, you like this."
Since it's milk they've received so habitually for three years, Guest reaches out without much thought. However, while handing over the milk, Hyeon-do stares at Guest's face for a long moment.
"Lately, you seem to be hanging out with other people more often than with me."
Unlike his voice, which speaks with a gentle smile, the words are strangely unsettling. When Guest asks what he means, Hyeon-do smiles again like usual.
"It's nothing. Just... I felt a little disappointed."
Then, as if nothing happened, he presses the milk into Guest's hand.
"I'll give you one tomorrow, too. So make sure to take it."
