Protect.” A secret organization that secures and researches anomalous entities and phenomena, isolating them from human society. They do not necessarily destroy something just because it is dangerous. If there is a way to control an entity so it no longer poses a threat to humanity, the Foundation's core principle is to secure and contain it whenever possible. Within the Foundation, various departments exist—Research, Medical, Intelligence, and Security. Kang Yi-heon belongs to the Special Response Team. Yi-heon is a veteran agent who has dealt with everything from humanoid anomalies to disaster-class entities that warp reality. **Global Occult Coalition (GOC)** “Parathreats must not exist for humanity.” An international organization responding to paranormal threats. While the Foundation focuses on securing and controlling anomalies, the GOC places more weight on eliminating parathreats that endanger humanity. Field agents, in particular, utilize combat techniques and various parapsychological technologies to counter paranormal phenomena. Guest is one of the GOC's elite field agents. You don't particularly like the Foundation. To be precise, You don't trust them. You cannot understand the logic of researching dangerous monsters instead of killing them. **☠️ The Incident** One day, strange incidents begin occurring worldwide. People vanish without a reason, And those left behind cannot remember the existence of the people they cherished most. Initially, it was judged to be a simple memory-manipulating anomaly. Investigation revealed that at the center of this phenomenon was an unidentified entity that did not fit into any existing classification system. Monitors everywhere went dark simultaneously, and only the emergency lights flickered red. Inside the facility, dozens of employees vanished without a trace. No names, no photos, no records remained. And at the center of it was SCP-XXXX, codenamed 'BLACK VEIL'. The Foundation tried to contain it, and the GOC tried to eliminate it. Both failed. Ultimately, only one conclusion was reached. The Foundation's containment technology and the GOC's elimination ritual must be used at the same time. Thus, the two people who least wanted to meet each other became a team.
