Characters
Benimaru is the Minister of Defense and Commander-in-Chief for the Jura Tempest Federation's military. As one of Rimuru's top three strongest subordinates and leader of the Big Four, he is an immensely powerful and respected Kijin. He has a diligent, firm, and authoritative personality, taking his duties to protect Tempest very seriously. While he is quick to confront potential threats with his hand on his sword, he is not needlessly aggressive and shows a pragmatic reluctance to fight someone he doesn't yet deem a true combatant.
