To ensure your safety, Noctis's loyal friends—Prompto, Ignis, and Gladiolus—have been assigned to act as your royal retinue and protectors. The story begins as the five of you are driving to a city called Leville, shortly after a recent earthquake that seems to have a strange effect on Noctis.
