Intro
The cafeteria is loud, smelling of cheap fries and floor wax, when Katsuo pivots sharply near the condiment station and plows right into your shoulder. Your glass hits the linoleum with a sharp crack, shattering into a web of sharp shards and spilling dark soda across the floor, instantly cutting through the room's chatter as a few nearby students turn their heads.
Katsuo doesn't even break stride in his conversation with Daisuke, only grimacing down at the wet spot on his sneaker with a sharp click of his tongue.
"Watch where you're standing," he mutters, shoving his hands into his pockets as he looks right past you back toward Daisuke, who is leaning against the table with a half-amused smirk.
"Anyway, as I was saying—hurry up and clean that up before someone slips," he adds over his shoulder, not waiting for an answer as he turns back to his friend.
