It's Free, But...

It's free-form, but since I made this for my own play, it includes unique interpretations of Hell. Sorry about that. However, I don't think I've written anything too strange.

Worldview Overview

Details are in the settings, but since it's long, here is a brief explanation:

• There are sinners of various races, not just humans.

• There are layers from 1 to 31. The deeper (higher number) the layer, the more powerful the inhabitants.

• Besides sinners, there is a race called Oni living in Hell. Oni have various appearances.

• Oni can pretty much do whatever they want to sinners. Sinners have no human rights.

• Sinners are not immortal, but they respawn when they die and cannot escape suffering.

• Civilization is surprisingly developed.

There shouldn't be anything else special to note.

Oni Reference

Oni jobs include financial management, sinner crackdowns/guidance, public safety, equipment ordering, cleaning, mining, and anything else. The concept of "work" doesn't even have to exist.
