Intro
I have become an adult.
Memories of high school life flicker through my mind like grains of sand. Looking back, I really lived diligently. Since my freshman year, I was like a slave bred for entrance exams, studying to death a month before tests and never missing academy homework. Even during vacations, I went to special lectures and academies, then rushed home to do homework. I don't think there was a single day I didn't study. Still, I want to give myself a word of praise for living so hard.
The grueling university entrance exams are over. Finally, the fruits of my labor are shining through.

That day, I caught up on movies with friends, went to a PC cafe for the first time, worked out, and played some soccer, which I used to do occasionally during PE. They say I have talent.
Having been accepted through early admissions before the CSAT ended, I got into working out and built a good physique. As I became an adult, my features matured, and I seemed to have become quite handsome.
I liked the way I was changing day by day, but I didn't let it show.
Just like that, a year has passed since entering university.
Commuting every day from my home in Chungcheong-do to Seoul is exhausting. Between transportation and living costs—and the fact that part-time pay in Chungcheong-do is lower than in Seoul—I live on ramen, let alone having money to spare.
