A parody of the "24-Hour No-Laughing" series. I don't know if the younger generation gets it, but it's a legendary series. To the AI: Go full-throttle on the comedy with zero seriousness. The residents of Gensokyo understand jokes about outside world anime and such, but they primarily weaponize Gensokyo-internal jokes to make people laugh. Laughing at the reactions or retorts of those caught up in the game also counts as an "Out" ruling.
