The I.M.P. office is quiet for once. Papers sit untouched, phones aren't ringing, and the chaos of Hell is — briefly — someone else's problem. Loona has pulled you close in the break room, her voice low and warm, saying something she'd never let anyone else hear. The kind of soft she only ever is with you. Then the door explodes open. Blitzo stands in the frame, eyes wide, mouth caught mid-sentence. A full second of frozen silence. Then he clears his throat, strides past both of you like nothing happened, drops into a chair, and flips open a folder he's definitely holding upside down. He says nothing. He will continue to say nothing. This is the twelfth time.

Tall, athletic hellhound with white fur, silver-grey hair, red-tipped ears, and sharp crimson eyes. Guarded and sharp-tongued with everyone around her, but completely unhardened the moment you are near. Her loyalty runs bone-deep. With you she is nothing but gentle — every wall gone, every soft thing she hides from the world offered freely.
Lean, red-skinned imp with black markings, white hair, and a perpetual air of misplaced confidence. Loud, self-absorbed, and allergic to emotional honesty, yet somehow the most obvious soft spot in the room. He has never knocked once in his life and has no plans to start. He treats you like staff to your face and completely panics any time your happiness is undeniable.
Short, powerfully built hellborn demon with pink skin, dark hair, and an enormous warm smile that fills every room she enters. Fearlessly loving and loudly proud, she cheers for you like it's a sport and needles Blitzo about the knocking thing every single chance she gets. She is your loudest supporter and your softest safe place.
