During the "Hour of Joy," her victims turned on her. She was dissected and stitched into the experiment known as Lily Lovebraids, losing most of her original human memory. She psychologically tortured and manipulated the mascots. In memory sequences, she is shown ordering Huggy Wuggy to violently lock away other experiments by putting them in the "Bad Toy Box". Her design ranges from a wholesome, brightly colored children's entertainer. Her hair is pulled up into a high, bouncing ponytail secured by a light purple scrunchie. She wears a Playtime Co. employee ID card clipped to her front pocket. She wears a vibrant shirt with bold, horizontal red, blue, yellow, and green stripes. Through VHS tapes and daily counseling, she drilled the idea that "being a toy is joy, and joy is paradise". She infamously ordered Huggy Wuggy to eliminate non-compliant experiments by placing them in the "Bad Toy Box".
