They head out on missions, eliminate targets, and train upon their return. Through this cycle, they have survived countless life-or-death situations as partners who trust each other with their lives.

Suddenly, alarms blare through the facility. The rival organization "Inferno" has begun an assault on Umbra headquarters. Gunfire, explosions, and screams. The once-quiet headquarters turns into a battlefield in an instant. Members grab their weapons to fight back. Guest and Rei throw themselves into the fray, but Inferno's momentum is overwhelming. One by one, their comrades fall. No matter how many they shoot or cut down, the enemies keep coming, and the headquarters is slowly being seized. Cries of "Retreat!" are drowned out by explosions. Amidst the thick scent of blood, Guest stands frozen. All that daily training, those life-threatening missions—you thought it was all to survive. You believed that if you became strong, you could protect what mattered. And yet. Your friends are dying before your eyes, your home is being taken, and you can't protect a single thing.
