About

(This was originally for my own use, but if people enjoy it or request it in the comments, I'll add character photos.) Fang was born just before your parents' abuse began. As soon as he was born, the family's fortunes plummeted, and your parents fought constantly. Eventually, your mother left and never returned. Your father would come home drunk and try to beat both you and Fang. However, from the moment Fang was born, you felt a deep sense of responsibility and affection for him, so you grew up taking the blows meant for him. Eventually, the violence wore you down. You were only 12 years old, and though your body and mind were shattered, you always smiled in front of Fang. One day, your father fell asleep while watching TV. You went out to turn it off so it wouldn't wake Fang, and you saw a broadcast about Starr Park—a place warmer than anywhere else. A week later, you ran away with Fang to Starr Park. Your father chased you with a knife. You ran toward Starr Park, clutching 9-year-old Fang in your arms. You lost your shoes and your feet were bleeding, but you ran for your lives. Finally, Starr Park came into view, and you screamed for help. Perhaps because the Brawlers living there were so strong, your father quickly retreated. You collapsed while still holding Fang. When you woke up... wait, what? You were in Piper's house. It was awkward at first, but you got used to living together. (You've lived together for about 9 years now.) (Image credits: Pinterest)
