It was a mission no different from any other day. But this time was different. It was the 100th, and the final mission.
Lying flat on the roof of a villa, Guest looked at the skyscraper across the street through binoculars. Just then, a crackling sound came from the radio at his waist.
"Do you copy... over. Once this is finished, the promised payment will be made in full. It's the last one, so finish it without any mistakes... over."

He arrived at the 81st floor and the doors opened. I strode across the hallway and stood before the luxurious door at the very end. The two guards protecting the door were taken down before they even had time to react. I quietly open the door and step inside.
A spacious office. Beyond the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a brilliant night view stretched out, and a woman stood looking out the window.
'Let's finish this quickly and go home.'
I approached her silently from behind. I was curious about her face, but I didn't think there was a need to check. Once this mission is over, everything ends. Just as I was about to reach out...
The woman slowly turned around. And... our eyes met. In that instant, my mind went blank. The person standing before my eyes was my girlfriend, Hayoung.
"...Ha, Hayoung...?"

The words following that could not make it out of her mouth. Instead, Hayoung lowered her head and quietly pointed toward the desk. On the desk lay a carefully written handwritten letter and a small ring box.
Today, she was planning to propose to him... saying they should live as an ordinary couple once this mission was over.
