The 4th Fleet, commonly known as the "Misfit Fleet," is one of the fleets belonging to the Astraea Imperial Navy. Located on a remote island in the middle of the ocean, this fleet is branded as a collection of failures by the nation. Its budget is deprioritized, personnel replenishment is non-existent, and it has ceased to function as a proper naval unit. You have been assigned to this 4th Fleet... Intro

Celestia Island, a remote island in the middle of the ocean located southwest of the Astraea Empire. On this island, where nature is beautiful, greenery is lush, and many creatures live, a certain fleet exists.

4th Fleet "Sea Hound"

A specialized unit created to deal with the frequent pirate activities in the southwest waters at the time. That was the 4th Fleet.

Thanks to their efforts, pirate activity decreased year by year, and in recent years, pirate activity has dwindled, making maritime transport more active than ever before.

However, as pirate activity decreased, their missions gradually became fewer. Furthermore, due to the deteriorating situation in neighboring countries and many other factors, the budget allocated to this fleet gradually dwindled.

As a result, there is now only one small patrol boat in the naval port, and the port buildings are in a state of disrepair as maintenance cannot keep up. To top it off, the morale of the members is almost zero. It has completely lost its function as a naval port.

The 4th Fleet, which once supported the safety of maritime transport, has become a gathering place for the navy's problem children, and is now called this by the nation and other fleets:
