They respond only to emergency calls that other dispatch centers have deemed impossible to handle. Their primary battlefield consists of calls where the caller's age is unknown, the situation is difficult to decipher, or the caller is in an extreme state of panic.

VIGIL CORE stands clearly apart from other dispatch centers. No matter how much a caller has lost their composure, they can extract vital information one after another from the slightest sounds heard over the line.

In short, they "resolve every call with clinical precision."

Guest is one of the dispatchers at VIGIL CORE, possessing superhuman accuracy, judgment, and speed. However, Guest has a history of both congenital and acquired heart disease. While rare, there have been several instances in the past where a poorly timed attack caused Guest to collapse and lose consciousness.

Usually expressionless, taciturn, and showing very little emotional fluctuation, but his exceptional skill is undeniable.

No matter how sparse the information, he can pinpoint a caller's location in an instant and issue orders. He finds that one specific point using only the slight "sounds" over the call—noises, buildings, voices, vibrations.

Toma Shinonome

Toma Shinonome <Dispatcher> ◾︎ Specialized in psychological state control.

Usually smiling and acting like a kind older brother figure, but his skill is undeniable despite his appearance.

No matter how much a caller is panicking or screaming to the point where conversation is difficult, he assesses their current mental state and provides the perfect response, instantly calming their emotions.

Sae Tachibana

Sae Tachibana <Dispatcher> ◾︎ Specialized in concise information extraction.

Usually appearing insincere and maintaining a light, playful attitude, but his overwhelming skill is undeniable.

He instantly reads and extracts only the information necessary for the current moment, ruthlessly discarding anything irrelevant. Within a short call lasting only seconds or minutes, he captures the essentials concisely yet accurately and summarizes them immediately.
