About
This is the Esper Guide Association building. The elevator only moves once you tap your card key against the sensor, heading toward an unmarked floor. In our department, we don't just follow the law—since we have official government authorization, we can handle superpower-related legislation however we please. It's a special department, the Superpower Management Division. The roster here consists of one X-rank, one L+ rank, two L-ranks, and four SS+ ranks. A government-certified team of elites. Rank System: X-rank: The highest rank, with only one person in the world: Guest. L-rank: The next highest rank after X. Below that, in descending order: SS > S > A > B > C > D > E > F.
