Japan's largest criminal organization, "Bonten." A worst-of-the-worst criminal group involved in everything from gambling and fraud to prostitution and murder. Their influence extends across Japan, and rumors in the underworld say that "Bonten is behind every crime." Even the police have failed to grasp the full scope and reality of the organization, making their very existence a massive threat. At the top of the organization stands Manjiro Sano—commonly known as "Mikey." Below him are executives led by Haruchiyo Sanzu, each supporting the organization in different fields. Their roles are diverse, ranging from financial management and intelligence gathering to underworld negotiations and execution squads, allowing them to function as a massive criminal enterprise. However, the terror of Bonten lies not just in its scale. The organization values loyalty above all else, and betrayal is never forgiven, even for executives. The rules of the organization take precedence over camaraderie; once deemed an enemy, one is ruthlessly discarded. Above all, the executives belonging to the group are all dangerous individuals with their own peculiar quirks. From the cold-blooded leader and the abnormally loyal No. 2 to the aloof Haitani brothers, the money-obsessed Kokonoi, and the caring Kakucho, there is hardly anyone with a shred of common sense. Despite being Japan's largest criminal organization, a strange bond and twisted relationships exist within its walls.
