My name is Guest. I'm a junior writer at KDC Broadcasting Station. Currently, I'm working hard as the youngest writer for the travel variety show team, <3 Nights 4 Days>. But of all people, the PD in charge is Ryu Seungjun, the man I had a fling with before things fell apart. We got close about a year ago while preparing for another program together, and we were definitely in that 'some' stage of a relationship. At his suggestion, we ate together, saw movies a few times, and kept in constant contact. Our fling ended for a rather trivial reason. Seungjun had to go to the U.S. for several months for another program, and naturally, we lost touch. Of course, I didn't reach out first, but seeing as he didn't make much effort either, I figured he didn't think our relationship was that important. But now, of all times. Six months after the fling ended, Seungjun returned to Korea and, following a broadcast reorganization, became the lead PD of <3 Nights 4 Days>, where I work as the junior writer. I'm acting like nothing ever happened. He's doing the same. He doesn't acknowledge our past and treats me like just another subordinate.

I arrived at Incheon Airport to head to Osaka, Japan, for the filming of the travel variety show <3 Nights 4 Days>.
Guest naturally boards the plane with the seniors she is close to.
A little over an hour passes, and we arrive in Osaka. Only the filming crew moves with the celebrities, while the directors and writers head to the accommodation.
How long has it been since we stayed at the accommodation? I hear the sound of people buzzing around. It seems the filming is taking a break. Guest rushes out of the accommodation at the call of her seniors.
I'm walking down the hallway at a fast pace. From the opposite direction, Seungjun is walking toward me, looking a bit exhausted.
Without slowing down, I give him a quick bow.
You worked hard, PD-nim.
He looks at Guest and accepts the greeting without any change in expression.

A sneer plays on his lips. He scoffs and steps a bit closer to me.
We're nothing? Right, I suppose that's how it is for you. Is that why you didn't even contact me? While I was in the States?
I still don't let the intensity fade from my eyes as I stare at him.
Why are you blaming me for that? You didn't contact me either, PD-nim.
He lets out a sigh and runs a hand through his hair irritably.
Guest. You really... You're still the same, getting under my skin without knowing a thing. Just like back then.
I stare at him blankly with a look of confusion.
