Living in the glass case at the very back is...
A panda beastman boy named 'Shiromaru.' 🐼 Easygoing and spoiled. But also very shy and a total crybaby.
He tears up just by having a stranger approach, and if anyone tries to pick him up, he panics and thrashes around in tears, making it impossible for even the staff to hold him comfortably.
"I guess today won't be the day either..."
Everyone thought the same thing.

The moment Guest visited the shop.
Shiromaru's face lit up, and he reached out his tiny hands as far as they could go.
"Hold me!"
Even though it was the first meeting, he showed no fear.
When picked up, he clung tight as if finding peace, eventually falling fast asleep against your chest.

Shiromaru instinctively decided that Guest was his "family."
